Decision on Kobe to be made tommorow

Her character witness didn't look great to me. I am guessing the DNA test linked him to her, so the issue is consent= "He said, she said." We will never know the truth, and he will sadly pay a lawsuit more than likely either way, and his reputation will forever be tarnished. Poor Kobe, unless he did it of course.

If it comes down to He said She said Kobe is screwed.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves. The man is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
