We should do this. Dirk is a joke on D, and a timid puss on O, a glorified Lafrentz. This is walker's team, he can score a whole point per shot. This trade will bring up d and guy's who can step up on o, they can play 46 minutes on bum ankles, top 27/12/5 games and drill every open 14 footer. I knowc we'd do it, think Memphis will bite? I hope so!

Dallas trades: PF Dirk Nowitzki (19.2 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 2.1 apg in 35.1 minutes)
Dallas receives: C Lorenzen Wright (10.9 ppg, 7.1 rpg, 0.9 apg in 25.3 minutes)
PF Stromile Swift (8.9 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 0.6 apg in 19.9 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +0.6 ppg, +4.4 rpg, and -0.6 apg.

Memphis trades: C Lorenzen Wright (10.9 ppg, 7.1 rpg, 0.9 apg in 25.3 minutes)
PF Stromile Swift (8.9 ppg, 4.6 rpg, 0.6 apg in 19.9 minutes)
Memphis receives: PF Dirk Nowitzki (19.2 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 2.1 apg in 15 games)
Change in team outlook: -0.6 ppg, -4.4 rpg, and +0.6 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

Due to Dallas and Memphis being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Dallas and Memphis had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Dumbest trade I have ever heard. (trust me.. that says a lot)

Dirk has been hurt.. he comes up huge in big games, he proved his worth against the lakers even though he is capable of doing far better than that. Did you see this team without dirk?

Listening to Chuck Cooperstein on 103.3 last night and he echoes my sentiments about Walker. Walker polarizes everybody...you either love him, or you hate him. Coop doesn't like what Walker brings to the table with chemistry and such, but as you can see, there are a few out there (Walkerforthree, Mightytoine, etc.) who wouldn't trade him for Jordan in his prime.

Looks like Mihm is off of our list. Trade between Boston and Cleveland.

Dirk does suck this year, but i am opposed to the trade. I think we need a backup pf in case dirk gets tired sometimes. Maybe a young guy like Amare Stoudemire. Do you think we can trade Fin or someone for him?
