Default Bad Boyz II

This is probably the best movie i've seen all summer.

I suggest you watch it if you like hot women, car explosions, graphic detail of bullets inserting the body, pornographic scenes, etc.

But be warned, although the ending was good, it could've been better.

Weird... the DJs on 106.1FM gave it a bad rating. But then again those are the same people who love Mandy Moore's new movie.

It's not as bad as it seems. That scene is actually a comedic scene.

Now i love and cherish all the white people on the board, but most of the funniest jokes and punch-lines in this movies are more appealing to blacks and other minorities.

But you should like it, but i'm waiting for S.W.A.T.

It was pretty funny but more than anything it had alot of really good action sequences. Just to warn you though there is one scene that you will laugh until you cry.

I won't be seeing it if there is humor at the expense of white people by black people a' la' barbershop.
White comics can't make fun of black people in the same way, so I don't understand what's so funny.

You obviously haven't seen Barbershop. the big issue with that movie was that they made jokes at the expense of african american icons, Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, Jesse Jackson etc. I honesty don't remember one joke at a white persons expense in Barbershop. Bad Boys didn't either, actually their really even any white people in Bad Boys besides the police chief, and a couple SWAT guys, the bad guys are latinos. The movie itself was a tad too long at about 2 hours and a half, and it probably won't have hurted to cut out one of those many police chases, shoot-outs, good battles, etc. Still was extremely funny and its good to see a real "R" rated action film with blood, body parts, etc.

I'm not sure what version of Barbershop you have because like Luvubn said the people who wanted this film out of theatres were all black people because of the racial talk against black people. To be honest I don't even remember anyone saying anything about white people in the movie. And actually I have heard white comics use the "black" stereotype and try and act "ghetto". You probaly have never heard of Malibu's Most Wanted.

I checked out IMDB.com and everyone is giving BadBoys2 a pretty good rating. Alot of hate on Bay and Bruckheimer though.

There was no racist jokes in the movie. But if you look bad, there was only 1 or 2 white people that had a significant role in the movie.

I saw the movie today and loved it. I think T3 had the best car chase this summer, but BB2 had a pretty good follow up.

Martin Lawrence has to be the funniest man I've ever seen.

Very funny. Lots of action. There is a boy-picking-up-daughter-for-a-date scene that had me slapping my knee.

Yep, I never saw barbershop, because I'm against humor at the expense of an ethnic group black people included. And I did'nt see Malibu's most wanted either, it looked ridiculous.

They showed that scene on TV I believe on E! or VH1. Funny as hell.

Oh okay. I won't get into it to much but I don't think there was nothing racist about the film at all. The only race that should be somewhat offended is the black race but I still don't even see why they would be offended. Its a great film though.

They made jokes at the expense of people that happened to be black. The comments about Rosa Parks and MLK Jr. are the ones I'm thinking about, though, I think I do recall the white barber getting insulted about his perceived haircutting ability. But it's been a long time since I've seen that movie - and I don't trust my memory completely.
