Birdman back with Hornets
Hornets To Re-Sign Andersen Pending Physical
March 4, 2008 - 8:19 am The Times-Picayune - With commissioner David Stern expected to reinstate Chris Andersen on Tuesday, the Hornets will re-sign him assuming he passes his physical, according to the Times-Picayune. Andersen was banned from the league in January of 2006 after a failed drug test. Since he was banned while a member of the Hornets, the team has 30 days to come to terms with him before the rest of the league can take action.
