Blonde Bomber is on a distinguished road
Default 3 Moves that take Mavs to the top

(side note - these trade proposals are just for fun and are intended to strike discussion on which ones you would do and why....thank you

Trade #1
Dallas trades: SF Antawn Jamison (14.2 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 1.2 apg in 29.2 minutes)
PG Tony Delk (8.6 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.8 apg in 20.3 minutes)
Dallas receives: PG Ray Allen (8.6 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.8 apg in 20.3 minutes)
PF Vladimir Radmanovic (14.5 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 2.5 apg in 37.3 minutes)
Change in team outlook: -8.3 ppg, -2.9 rpg, and +0.5 apg.

Seattle trades: PG Ray Allen (8.6 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.8 apg in 20.3 minutes)
PF Vladimir Radmanovic (14.5 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 2.5 apg in 37.3 minutes)
Seattle receives: SF Antawn Jamison (14.2 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 1.2 apg in 19 games)
PG Tony Delk (8.6 ppg, 2.9 rpg, 0.8 apg in 14 games)
Change in team outlook: +8.3 ppg, +2.9 rpg, and -0.5 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

Note: It's obvious Jamison is not comfortable coming off the bench and may want to be moved elsewhere. Seattle can afford to trade Allen because of the emergance of Flip Murray. Dallas gets a pure SG and unclogs the forward position. Radmanovic is a nice young player to back up Nowizki at PF.

Trade #2
Dallas trades: SF Eduardo Najera (3.8 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 0.5 apg in 15.7 minutes)
PF Danny Fortson (2.5 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 0.0 apg in 11.2 minutes)
SG Michael Finley (16.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 3.0 apg in 38.2 minutes)
Dallas receives: C Theo Ratliff (6.6 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 0.8 apg in 30.9 minutes)
PF Shareef Abdur-Rahim (19.8 ppg, 9.5 rpg, 2.5 apg in 35.9 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +4.1 ppg, +4.0 rpg, and -0.2 apg.

Atlanta trades: C Theo Ratliff (6.6 ppg, 7.2 rpg, 0.8 apg in 30.9 minutes)
PF Shareef Abdur-Rahim (19.8 ppg, 9.5 rpg, 2.5 apg in 35.9 minutes)
Atlanta receives: SF Eduardo Najera (3.8 ppg, 3.6 rpg, 0.5 apg in 19 games)
PF Danny Fortson (2.5 ppg, 4.4 rpg, 0.0 apg in 13 games)
SG Michael Finley (16.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg, 3.0 apg in 19 games)
Change in team outlook: -4.1 ppg, -4.0 rpg, and +0.2 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

Note: Atlanta is looking to dump money and Dallas is looking for inside help. Sounds like a nice fit for both teams. Dallas vastly improves its inside presence and can move Finley on with the additon of Allen. Shareef moves into the starting small forward spot which brings me to.........

Trade #3
Dallas trades: PF Antoine Walker (16.8 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 4.3 apg in 36.7 minutes)
C Shawn Bradley (3.1 ppg, 2.6 rpg, 0.1 apg in 11.1 minutes)
Dallas receives: SF Keith Van Horn (15.2 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 1.8 apg in 35.4 minutes)
C Kurt Thomas (11.7 ppg, 10.5 rpg, 2.3 apg in 35.5 minutes)
Change in team outlook: +7.0 ppg, +5.0 rpg, and -0.3 apg.

New York trades: SF Keith Van Horn (15.2 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 1.8 apg in 35.4 minutes)
C Kurt Thomas (11.7 ppg, 10.5 rpg, 2.3 apg in 35.5 minutes)
New York receives: PF Antoine Walker (16.8 ppg, 9.9 rpg, 4.3 apg in 19 games)
C Shawn Bradley (3.1 ppg, 2.6 rpg, 0.1 apg in 17 games)
Change in team outlook: -7.0 ppg, -5.0 rpg, and +0.3 apg.

TRADE ACCEPTED

note: New York may be looking to shake things up and sends Thomas, who is in the last year of his contract and Van Horn, who just doesn't seem to fit in with New York, to Dallas for and all-around, but erratic foward in Walker. Wlaker gives them a bonified ALL-Star in the East. Plus they receive Bradley for the departing Thomas. Kurt in additon with Ratliff makes a week position into a strength. Van Horn will be a nice additon to have off the bench.

So here is your new Dallas Mavericks roster.....

PG: Nash - Best - Daniels
SG: Allen - Howard - TAW
SF: Abur-Rahim - Van Horn
PF: Nowitzki - Radmanovic
C: Ratliff - Thomas

I like this roster alot better then the one presently constructed. It gives better balance throughout the roster. I know these trade have o% chance of happening but I feel that all teams involved get fair value in return.

Thoughts? Would you do these trades? Any of the 3? or none of them?
