Heres why it gets done

Dallas: Its rather obvious. We get Haywood for Daniels

Wash: Knight and Bulter dont play. They trade Haywood and recieve 2 bigs and a good young SG with loads of potential. Ely has a lot of untapped potential and Drobnjak has shown signs.

Clips: Its all about the cash. Knights contract is bigger than elys and drobnjaks(which both have 3 years left) and its coming off the books and so is butlers (clearing a hell of a lot of cap room). This trade gives them an even better chance to make a run at Kobe Bryant.

I cant really find anything wrong with this trade. Each team is compensated for what they gave up and is in a better situation than they previously were. I'm not sure if Cuban would throw the 3 mill out there so easily but it would be 3 mil well spent.
