That's the long and short of it right there. You can always move a bad contract if you need to, but losing your 2nd best player- which he definitely is- for nothing? That's suicide.

Seriously, making this a 6 game series is a resounding, unqualified success. And now we have a chance to make it seven or MAAAAAYYYYYYBE even pull off the upset. I'm absolutely thrilled with this season no matter what happens. This is a great time to be a Mavs fan. Wake up and smell the coffee, y'all.
