I'm not sure if anyone else posted this earlier on the thread, but it was pretty darned satisfying to see our Mavs score 37 points in the 2nd period, thus setting a season high for Mavs' points scored in a quarter, and then following that superlative performance by setting a new season high when they scored 38 in the third...
All said, it's a happy, happy thing for we lucky Mavs fans to be able to see our Mavs roster looking healthy (or near-healthy) again .

Jazz on 11-3 run.
Duncan has been an absolute non-factor offensively.

It looks like Utah has whiffed it in the end here. A nice comeback but it might be short. 9 point game with 1 minute left.

SA wins but a pissed off Sacramento team is waiting for them when they get home. B2B for the Spurs and you know how that goes.

It would have been great to see the Spurs drop the first game of a b2b.

That's probably the best post I've read in a while.

I think Powell was a little offended that Shawn Kemps name actually came up as a Mavs signee. I can't blame him.

That was absolutely devastating. I am embarrassed for the Maloof brothers and the entire Kings franchise. They used to be better than this. Used to be, they would contend for the best record in the conference and give everyone fits in the playoffs. Now they appear to be little more than a nuisance. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I don't know about you, but this traditional fan of days gone misses the days when the Kings were actually significant.

Oh man that was a fun game to watch. SA plays these guys tomorrow night but really I don't think it will matter in the end. The pace of the game was almost on par with the Kings/Mavs of old. The fact that Sacramento was letting us do anything we wanted set the pace and we just didn't relent. Okay, I'll stop being obvious man... but it was a nice change of pace.
I think I just set a record for the number of times the word "pace" was used in a paragraph. So I will stop now because this pace of using pace is just unreal.
I really need to pace myself on the pace usage.
Okay, I'm done.
edit: paragraph, not sentence. What an IDIOT!

Howard is back... Griff and Harris will be back soon enough. Let's just sit back and watch the beatdowns shall we?
