Official Dallas Mavericks @ LA Clippers Gameday thread
The Clippers are on a back to back but don't have to travel. I expect a close game till the 4th quarter where we finally pull away. Let's hope for another MVP performance after the Suns loss yesterday.

clips will be seeking revenge after the last two games and they are pissed because of the loss yesterday against their rival in LA.
i expect a hard fought game something like : Mavs 98 - Clips 92

Hope griffin returns tonight, we could use him against Maggete and mobley. If not, stack will have a tough assingment.

The Mavs are on the rise with Dirk and JHO leading the charge, don't look know but a blowout is upon us. Dirk and JHO combine for 55 points and 20 rebounds.

Looks like the Clips will be without Maggette tonight....
As the Clippers are a possible 1st round match-up the Mavs will take no prisoners and win with authority, Mavs by 10+

Corey Maggette missed his second straight game with back spasms. He was sidelined for three months earlier this season with an injured left foot.
Dunleavy said he did not when the swingman and team's fifth-leading scorer at 17.8 points per game would be back.
"He literally can't get out of bed," Dunleavy said. "He went to a doctor, a chiropractor, a therapist."

I thought this was one of the local games I could watch because I get my WB(KTLA) from LA, but alas this one is on FSN. 3 of the last 5 will be on TV at least.
Are there really only 5 games left in the season? Wow.

Just saw on a clippers board that Maggette is out for this game with back spasms. I don't think he's played against this Mavs yet this year. http://p199.ezboard.com/fclippersfrm...art=21&stop=40
Mavs 104
Clippers 91

that is probably the Clips thinking. They know we face them in the first round and want to keep it under wraps;.

Since the 3 game losing streak we've won by an average of 20 points the last 4 games, with our lowest margin of victory coming against the Spurs with 6

"Dunleavy said he did not when the swingman and team's fifth-leading scorer at 17.8 points per game would be back."
How is he 5th on the team, scoring almost 18 a game?

Dirk has got to secure the rebound.
He's missed two so far.

The Clips have a nice young core of players with Livingston, Kaman and Brand.
Too bad they're the suck.

Dallas isn't playing much defense right now. And definitely not controlling their own backboard.

Looks like another cold shooting night from the floor for the GDT.
Jet, Stack and Josh are a combined 2-10. Hopefully that picks up a bit.

Thery might want to play tonight considering this is whom they may be playing in the playoffs. Show a little more aggression.

Getting outrebounded isn't a good thing when you shoot as horrible as we do at the moment.

Mavs need to start taking it in closer - we're frigid from the floor.
