well... alot of this is about communication and experience playing with other guys. knowing when they will go for the ball, when you should, who boxes out where etc etc so playing together for hile will improve the rebounding and defense. there is a reason that teams with tons of new players dont play great ball right from the start. i mean look at the lakers....
