I think Tap's intentions are the fact that we desperately need Green and Wood to work out. Otherwise, we're last year's team without Brunson.

I wouldn't trade Reggie though. We need defense. We're ranked 2 in offense.

Another low volume 3-point attempt game by Luka

Another overall efficient night

We've been wanting this dude to tone down the 3's and it seems like Kidd or someone else has pointed this out to him.

He's posting up a lot more this year and attacking repeatedly in the paint.

Good to Josh Green turning that corner finally.

I expect Bullock and DFS to get much better as the season moves forward.

THJ is still THJ the same guy who got benched last year before his injury because of poor shooting and lackluster defense.

Hopefully, someone will bite on him at the trade deadline and give up a good solid backup PG in return.

Y'all are absolutely crazy to be wanting to unload Bullock. Maybe at the trade deadline if it helps net a game changer in a sense of rounding the roster a little bit better, i.e. that 3rd ballhandler/creator.

Depth is a luxury in the NBA as well as continuity and team building. Has Green earned more minutes and is that likely at the expense of Bullock's overall minutes. Sure, that can certainly be said. But I think it's foolish to just brush off Bullock's role here. Seems a few are focused on 8 games this season (and not all near as bad as is being made out) versus his time here and more importantly his play in the playoffs.

We can get Green more minutes without jettisoning an important piece to the puzzle.

You absolutely find more time for Green, but Green was so bad under pressure the last two years that he was essentially unplayable.

Real year-in, year-out contenders take a long-term view of roster building which the Mavs did not demonstrate the ability to do pre-Nico.

Bull, Maxi, Green, DFS, THJ, Ntlikina.... how many limited 3&D players does one team need? So yes, I advocate for getting rid of at least one in exchange for a future asset.
