How's gears 3? Xbox has a bunch of games now that sound compelling (Gears 3, Forza 4) but I can only play so many. I've been playing Dirt 3 on the PC (with Logitech G25) and it's superb, but I'm intrigued by Fifa 12. How is that going? Do they still have the coupon for free season update of one league?

Gears is okay if you're into shooters I guess, Forza looks good to me as well but I can only use my Logitech racing wheel on PC and my PS3 so I usually stay away from 360 racing games for that very reason. And I never got a coupon with Fifa 12 for the season update. = (.

Bought the Uncharted dual pack (with 1 and 2)... I've heard great things about the series, of course, so I'm looking forward to it. Lots of fun in the first hour or so.

I've really gotten back into gaming in the last month. Finished Uncharted 1, 2, and 3, and am now going through Assassin's Creed II. This one is about 100x better than the first, which was a great concept but very poorly executed. So much more mission variety, free reign, and role-playing elements - love the upgradable gear and the ability to renovate Monteriggioni. Looking forward to Brotherhood when this is done.

While I'm playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, I'm also anxiously awaiting the 1.4 patch for Skyrim on PS3. I know it's better on PC, but my laptop won't play it at all, so I'm waiting for the PS3 issues to resolve before I plunge into it.

my freaking computer crapped out on me during the open beta. And I'm not cool enough apparently to get a beta invite.

You can imagine my frustration. Crazy excited though. Stupid work is talking about sending me back to Brazil though. If I miss release day, I might elbow someone in the back of the head.

The beta is fun and all.. but you're really not missing much and you won't care once May 15th roles around. Even though you get to level 13 out of 60, it's really only the first 1/3 of the first Act. Pretty much Blood Raven from D2. Leveling will slow down after that.

You can count on my steel! Next week can't get here soon enough. I'm resorting to f2p games on Steam, and its sad. At least there is a Path of Exile open beta this weekend.
