Default Nikola Jokic is f***ing awesome.

Just saying it here, for posterity. Dude is averaging 30 pts, 14 rebs (leads the league) and 8.4 ast 58 FG%.

He was arguably the best player in the world for the last couple of years, but it is no longer arguable. He is inarguably, undeniably the best player on the face of the earth. Everyone else, Luka, Ebmiid, Giannis, whoever, is all competing for 2nd place. Jokic is playing at as high a level as I've ever seen anyone play in my life, and yes, that does include Jordan. You can make a very, very strong argument that he is the greatest offensive bigman of all time. He's that f***king good.

He'll probably never get the credit or fame he truly deserves because he's a foreigner who plays for a small market team, but when his career is over, he might have a very strong case for top 10 all time.

So dumb that Embiid just had to win MVP so Jokic couldn't be among rare air for a 3 peat. He honestly would have run it 4-5 years in a row...

Embiid is certainly worthy of MVP consideration no matter how you feel about either of them. Jokic is just in a different stratosphere right now, but Embiid is still insanely good.

Jokic should easily win it this year though.
