There is a little difference, if a dumb teen throws a puppy off a cliff, or if a marine soldier. You would think that an adult person should have enough brain not to do it and record it on video tape (dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb).
Thank god this kind of people among the American soldiers is an exception, at least I hope so. This marine soldier should immediately be fired! I don´t think that anyone would like to have such morons representing (put oneself out for) the interests of the USA.
