Luka hasn?t improved in the last couple years and this is who he is. Plays very selfish when we finally have role players. He?s not a leader. He won?t play off ball. He won?t stop staring down refs. I?ve watched Kyrie cut and do the extra things without the ball so it is possible. Luka does amazing things but if he doesn?t fix the other things, it will never translate

I mean Nuggets are champs and playing as well if not better than they were last season. Just totally stacked from 1-15

Mavs are ? work in progress and a flawed one at that. If we get good, it?ll be a weird duct taped not made out of pool noodles and a couple of old doors.

Nuggets have too much size across their front line for Dallas

The one guy that could help would be Jerami Grant

He has similar size as Gordon and matches up well

I'm pretty sure Portland will make him available at some point

I'm not upset either, I expected a loss. But I'm just wondering where the Mavs can go from here. Lively has been way ahead of schedule to this point, but we have to remember that he is still a rookie and is going to take a while before he's consistently a quality starting 5. And we still are a very, very bad rebounding team.

The team really needs a two-way PF who can rebound. Here's hoping that Omax can eventually be that guy, but that's probably a couple of years off if it ever happens at all.

Only thing im disappointed with is our rebounding. That was terrible. Denver is better team, but they were hitting 3s like crazy and built a big lead off that. I would have much rather them not try to trap and double Jokic so much.

We just need to keep winning against lesser and equal teams.
