In case anyone is worried, take a deep breath. The Mavs are winning this game. Mark it down.
Just sayin'...

The arrogance, the laziness, the sense of entitlement, etc. To be brutally honest, there was a lot of luck that played into the success of the last few years. HCA fell into their laps because the higher seeds were eliminated and Boston had to deal with injuries from Garnett and Perkins. I'm not saying the results of the last two years would've been different, but that they had many things fall their way. The luck has finally run out.

Looks like our humbled team is rubbing off on others.
Let's stay classy Dallas.

was just a laker fan quote on laker ground

... I'm not mad. Just disappointed. Maybe it's because Dirk is a very likable guy and I feel bad for what happened to Dallas in 2006. The Lakers' arrogance and lack of heart is not only embarrassing, but downright disgusting as well. Dallas is hungry for a title and they're giving it their all. It's really admirable to watch. I hope Dallas meets Miami in the Finals and beats the (bleep) out of them.

Quite the opposite, bro. They were up 3-0. And they summarily dismissed of them in Game Seven.

Yes, you are right of course. My fault.
BTW. Shawn Marion must feel great right now. (and Peja of course)
Amare, Nash and co. could not even reach the 2nd round and he has a chance to play in the finals for the 1st time in his career AND beat LAL. What more do you want, lol ?.

I'm pretty sure Marion reached the conference finals with that Nash and Amare team. I think they beat us out of it in 2005.

Yes, but not the finals.
I mean 2-3 yrs ago when Marion was traded everyone expected a bright future for Nash and Amare but not for Marion. And it turned out to be the exact opposite... Marion has the last laugh at the moment.

He's the last one of them standing at the moment, that's true. I'm sure it feels very good for him.

There is still another round till the finals.
Assuming we close this out...
I'm hoping for Memphis.

What a nice finsih.
I stood up all night till 6am and it was absolutely worth it.
I didnt expect we come out with a win after the lakers were 8 in front during the 4th quarter.

Just finished rewatching this game. What a gritty win by the Mavs. Lakers played extremely hard in Game 3, and Lamar Odom being placed in the starting lineup due to Artest's suspension gave their team a big boost. They looked poised to beat the Mavs several times in that game, but at the end we just outplayed them down the stretch. Numerous clutch plays from Dirk, Peja, Jet and Kidd got us the win. A really great win to reflect on.
