Default Norm Doing Better
Norm called Bad Radio today and said his surgery to remove a tumor near the base of his spine was successful. The good news was the tumor was contained in a thin membrane and did not spread to his spinal cord. The only side affects of his operation was he has lost all feeling in his right leg. He should be back on the air in two weeks, he is setting up a remote from his house. He said he has several months of rehab to get walking like before his surgery.

Hope he gets well soon, he has been a fixture around sporting circles for a long time.

dang, i had no idea. i haven't heard the ticket in quite awhile being stuck here in denver. shame on you people for not keeping me up to date.

thanks for the good new fishforlunch. i'll keep a spot for norm in my prayers.

I didn't realize that Norm had surgery either. Wasn't he just in S.F. for his yearly vacation?
