Maybe I'm over thinking it. I'm just worried about the size issue even though Blake and Fisher only have a few inches on JJB.

While Terry has not played badly over all in the playoffs his assists come differently than JJB's. His assists are more the Kidd veriety. JJB still is the only guard who has played who can rattle the defense of the dribble. This is what JJB brings to the offense that neither Kidd or Terry can but only dream about. He breaks down the defense off the dribble.
Terry on a good day can play the point but sparingly. But he is not consistant enough. When he or other players are not getting open looks he tends to fall apart and start making stupid plays. Thats when it is important to have a point who can create and break down the defense off the dribble to stimulate an offense who's flow has been disrupted. Even when JJB ( or Roddy when he plays ) is not hitting their shots the ability to disrupt the D in this matter is important beyond the points scored by the disruptor and will open up the offense for everyone else. |

The Fakers often have trouble with quick guards. JJB should be a plus against LA.
