Its kind of crazy, all the things we've been complaining about for years on the fringes of this organization regarding ownership, coach, past mistakes regarding building a winning roster; like all of these things collided together this season.

Its the worst of the worst outcomes

And it all started in 2019. I was met with a lot of resistance around here when I said how that summer would haunt the team in future years. They literally just were asleep at the wheel and didn't seem to care other than keeping KP.

4 years of total ineptitude.

Hypothetically, if the Pistons win the lottery and take Wemby, what would you give up for Jalen Duren? Would you give up Green, Hardy, and #10?

I?ll admit I know nothing about Duren, but I don?t think I?d make that deal. Those 2 players and our pico are literally the only assets we have. Plus Green and Hardy are both on rookie contracts which might be important if we are able to bring back Kyrie. Mavs have a lot of money tied up on only a few guys (Luka, THJ, Bertans).

Why is Duren worth that much? He might be worth the 10th pick and filler, maaaybe Green to realign roster for needs. But absolutely not worth all 3 and if that's their stance, move along. Plus, I think Stewart would be the odd man out as Duren fits next to Wemby better IMO

So relieved this season is over. We don?t have to worry about a coin toss. Long wait until June 22 to see if a team jumps the Mavs.

IMPORTANT DATES
1) May 16th - NBA Draft Lottery. We will know what pick we have (and if we have the pick at all)

13.6% chance of a top-four pick
65.9% chance we keep the pick
20.2% chance Knicks get the 11th pick

2) June 22nd - lottery itself where we see who we can get and/or if we trade the pick
