Barry supporters seem to be getting all up in a tizzy about getting some of what they dished out for 8 years. Of course...the race card WILL be pulled soon, if not already.

You may find it interesting that the same celebrated artist responsible for the iconic Obama “Hope” poster also drew this cover depicting President Bush as a blood-thirsty vampire.

it isn't insulting on a racial level, it's insulting on an intelligence level.

the artist uses the joker, a criminal who delighted in killing innocent people, as a euphimism for obama.

that's intellectually dishonest.

People who don't care for Obama might think the other is funny.

It's photshop hijinks. Looking into it for any deeper meaning than that is folly.

Was your intelligence equally insulted by the Bush as Hitler and Bush as vampire stuff that came out? Or did you secretly laugh inside? Or laugh blatantly outside (I know that's not you)?

no, I found the bush as hitler to be disgusting.

the bush as vampire had more relevance due to his role in the invasion of iraq. not that I agreed with it, but at least was congruent with reality.

Using your same logic, then, using the Joker as a murderer. I could equate Obama to that because of this health care system that he wants implemented might deny benefits to my grandmother because she is too old.....

Your either insulted by both or you laugh at both.

To laugh at one and be insulted/offended by the other is quite simply hypocritical.

In the end, they are both comedy influenced by hatred/dislike of the individual that is characatured.

For a magazine to be outraged about one picture, while featuring the other picture as a Cover pic, is down right Prejudicial.
