Default Pfizer paying big fines...Eric Holder named in the article

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Pfizer...80604.html?x=0

My questions:

1) Where are the fines going? 2.3Billion Dollars...who is going to see this money?

2) Eric Holder was mentioned...before taking office, he defended Pfizer in private practice. This is a serious red flag, amongst the many that come out of this administration.

But again...I want to know, where is the money going and how can this type of decision effect the Medical Industry?

I believe the states who sued pfizer get the $, and they will put the money into thier healthcare (medicaid etc) programs.

second, every defendant needs representation. don't link the atty to the guilty party.
