No one should be untouchable outside of Luka. Unless the Mavs FO is intent on re-signing Wood, he could be included there, too, given his fit and how he's excelled with Luka. His line wasn't great this game but piss poor matchups and Powell going out didn't help. It's games like this that scream he's a better fit for the 4 than the 5. It's why I think Turner would absolutely thrive here and open up Luka and Wood.
Losing incredible steam on the Bullock train. He had a few games worth of a hot spurt. I wish he didn't hit those two 3's in the 3rd to give the FO any inclination of keeping him around. If anything, his minutes have to be drastically reduced upon return of Green/DoDo.
This team might need rebounding and a big presence more than a 3rd creator IMO. But the good news is you can get both! Just have to get back to it being a "business" rather than a friendly merry go round because they are wasting away greatness.
