Default Spurs are screwed, Ginobli serious injury

Basically if Ginobli doesn't need surgery he is out 4-6 weeks, if he misses exactly 4 weeks that would be 18 games, more likely is the closer to 6 weeks, if he misses 6 weeks that is 23 games, now if he needs surgery it would be closer to 2 months (with possiblity for more) and that would be 30 games. The Spurs could very well miss the playoffs, Ginobli is by far there best player now, Duncan isn't as strong and struggles with back to basket now (lost a lot of weight), and TP doesn't look quite as fast and has struggled to finish so far this year. Gary Neal should be back in a week or so for them and when he is back they will really need him and James Anderson to help pick up the slack if they want to make the playoffs.
