Thanks again, Doc.
Chiwas, it can be 2050 and the Spankees will NEVER forget 2004. Such ignominy does not die.

RE: The Must See NY Yankees Photo of the Year!
Sorry Chiwas....spankee fans don't get to be obnoxious asses for years and then get to brush off the biggest choke job in MLB history with a casual "move on boys, this is 2005". That choke job was so absolutely craptacular that no other choke job in sports history can come close. Boston beat the ever-loving crap out of the spankees who choked so badly on their home field that Babe Ruth rolled in his grave.
It was a moment in sports that every single true fan has enjoyed over and over and that ring ceremony just brought back all of the pure enjoyment (and memories of the worst choke job in history) of a wonderful series. Seeing all those looks of disbelief in spankee stadium was one of my favorite life experiences ever. Those "fans" deserved every choke-filled minute of their misery.

Yeah, you can't really just brush off that much suck in one offseason.
Its a little bit sticky.

We will forget it much more quickly than the time no-lovers will need to see a "massacre" like last season's happening again.
Title over title.

That ass whuppin' last year will resonate through time way past you or I being alive on this earth. It was simply the greatest choke job ever.
Face it.....The Boston Red Sox whipped that spankee arse and all of NY is having a hard time dealing with that FACT.

RE:The Must See NY Yankees Photo of the Year!
I don't know a whole lot about the players' salaries, but I do know that I watched a team full of all-stars lose to a team of good players last year. And as long as New York continues to pour in unfair amounts of money into their baseball team that continues to lose, I hope they continue to lose.
The loss last year won't be "shrugged off" of anyone's shoulders for quite some time.
