#8 Texas at #1 UCLA
#8 Texas at #1 UCLA

Pauley Pavilion, Los Angeles, CA
with a big win against then ranked #7 tennessee, texas has made it into the top 10. texas looks to continue its currently undefeated season when they take on the ucla bruins today in los angeles. a win could potentially boost the longhorns into the top 5. as much as i love my longhorns, i don't see them winning this game, especially since it's in los angeles.

way to go horns!!! What a huge win, augustin is a true bad ass and damione james hit big shot after big shot. Also give conner atchley props that was a huge 3, he is like a more talented brian boddicker. how good would this team be with gary johnson cleared to play???

He reminds me of a former Texas PG whose name rhymed with DJ....

TJ didn't have DJ's shot/range in college. Different type players.

I always liked Damion James and thought that he might be the real keeper of the Kevin Durant class. He always seemed like a real hustler out there so I can't say I'm too surprised to see him playing this well so far this season.

TJ had nowhere near DJ's shot. That's a given. But when I compare them, I'm not talking about the way they play. I'm talking about the way they impose their will on games and lead the team to impressive victories.

Yeah, and all us UT types can thank Kelvin Sampson's cheating for Damion being here.

I guess so. I was comparing DJ with Jameer on the way they play AND how they impose their will on games and lead the team to impressive victories. =P

I wish KD had this confident supporting cast as opposed to last years q=(.
..and I still am not sold on Connor yet..though he has improved like crazy from last year.
We are one banger (Brad Buckman type player) away from being a great team.
