We get the assists from bibby and can play him at the 2.

Artest is a defensive upgrade, and gives you one legit 1st team all defense player in the starting lineup.

Definetly not. Howard continues to get better, Artest is a troublemaker and I hate Bibby.

Failed Scenario
Due to Sacramento and Dallas being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Sacramento and Dallas had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did not happen here (only Sacramento met the condition). This trade does not satisfy the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

But hey, thanks for being too lazy to find out if the trade would even work....
