The NBA just suspended Juwan Howard a game with no pay for hitting a Toronto player in the face with the basketball.

I saw the highlights. Mike James had just made a layup over Howard and James said something to him and Howard just went at him and shoved the ball in his face.
James was talking stuff all night long. I don't know if he said something offensive or Howard was just tired of it.

Sounds then like (A) it may have been well desrved and (B) it wasn't that big of a deal. I had visisons of Howard throwing the ball and bashing James in the face hard.....teeth coming out...whatever. Thanks for the note MFF.
