Shaq can still flat out dominate a game.

I think I will truly miss his personality when he retires.(this has nothing to do with this game =) )

This is hands down the best game so far.

Miami is not getting out of the 2nd round if this is the team that's gonna show up.

Could be the only first round series (other than the Mavs) that is worth watching.

Yeah, but Clips/Nuggets looked pretty decent, and Lakers/Suns could be good.

clips/nuggets is like the cavs/wizards series...Two mediocre teams battling it out for a beatdown in round 2.

I couldn't care less about this series. If there's absolutely nothing else on, I might take a peak, but I'm not even counting on that. I don't care about Shaq or Wade, and I'm sure as hell not going to tune in to watch Kirk Heinrich and Ben Gordon, so I'll skip this one.

Nocioni would be a perfect fit on the Mavericks..and he plays even better D than Josh Howard.

I just turned on the game and saw "highlights" of Gary Payton and Dwayne Wade getting into on the court.

If I were a Heat fan, I'd want Riley's head on a platter. Any casual basketball fan could have predicted that bringing in three of the league's biggest hotheads would be disasterous.

The strange thing about that sequence was that when Wade and Payton were going at it on the bench, the ghost of Pat Riley was standing between them drawing up a play like his best player wasn't cussing out his back up PG. Mark Jackson said it best: "Stan Van Gundy could just stand there and do nothing".

I believe the worst of it happened at the huddle after the incident... looked like Wade had to be restrained.

WOW.

if he keeps bringing that, look out... Miami still doesn't seem scary unless Shaq keeps putting on his cape like this...

edit: what do you think the Bulls would give to get Elton Brand back?

It would take a whole lot more than they got in return.

The bulls are terrible. The fact that this series went 6 games is a testament to how bad miami is. BTW how does wade get completely off the hook for them not being able to defend either of Chicagos guards? For a guy who was supposed to be the best 2 way player in the league you would think he might be able to guard one of them. I mean seriously all the talk is Miami cant guard any of the bulls perimeter players yet somehow wade never gets mentioned by name.

all superstars get that treatment, I mean if forwards went off on Dirk, Dirk wouldnt get blamed for bad defense would he?

As Five-o mentioned, Dirk was also never anointed as one of the best 2-way players in the league. It's a matter of expectations as much as superstardom. Dirk isn't expected to shutdown an opposing star-PF. Wade is 'supposed' to be a good defender. The fact that he hasn't gotten flack for it does seem a little odd to me.
