Default sam smith (i know) story

The Warriors Mike Montgomery, virtually ignored by Baron Davis. With Golden State down one to the Clippers with 19 seconds left, Davis dribbled down the clock coming out of a timeout, finally calling another timeout with a second left and never getting off a shot. "We wanted to go early," Montgomery said. "Baron just elected to hold and put us in an awkward situation." General manager Chris Mullin was quoted Sunday in the San Jose Mercury News saying he would not fire Montgomery this season. But one interesting rumor has Mullin mentor Don Nelson taking over the Warriors to salvage the season.

Nellie should be coaching again any time now. I believe that he has accepted the job offer from Clooney.

Nellie would have a field day. Dunleavy can pass, Davis can rise above the rim, murphy can hit threes...
