TRADE ACCEPTED

If the mavs were presented with this trade on August 24, i think they would have to make it. It would trim their roster, give them a PG, improve the 2/3 situation, and give them another big man. I know that Thomas isnt a center, but he would certainly help. Any thoughts?

This would help the knicks' salary situation and give them two servicable players with decent contracts.

The raptors have very few players under contract so this would give them a lot of options. Stack would become their best player (along with rose and bosh) and Howard is a very attractive young player. They just lost morris peterson so shandon anderson would also be able to get some time. Moochie would backup Rafer Alston at PG.

we really don't need Carter, and if anything, he probably stays in the East, like he wants, and most likely the Knicks. and Toronto needs a bigger name than Stackhouse to make up for the loss. hell, even Walker would put more people in the seats, than withering Stack.
