Love these playoffs so far. Floppets gone and dream scenario now would be Durant out or not returning to form. Then GSW could even win a title, bc that wouldn't count to douche Durant's résumé. And I don't mind any of the other teams winning either.

@JoshEberley: The James Harden Rockets have lost elimination games against both Kevin Durant and Kawhi Leonard teams without Durant and Leonard. Let that marinate.

Frank Vogel has agreed to a three-year deal to become the next coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, league sources told ESPN. Vogel met with Lakers management on Thursday and talks escalated quickly toward an offer on Saturday to end the franchise’s tumultuous coaching process with his hiring, sources said. – via ESPN

@AlexKennedyNBA: Tyreke Evans must wait 2 years to apply for reinstatement after being "dismissed and disqualified from the league for violating the terms of the NBA/NBPA Anti-Drug Program." Chris Andersen went through this too. He was dismissed in 2006 and was reinstated in 2008, joining Denver.

Raptors guard Danny Green was the highest vote-getter not to make either roster, receiving 19 First Team votes and appearing on 28 Second Team ballots. Patrick Beverley, Derrick White, Jimmy Butler, Russell Westbrook, Chris Paul, James Harden, Malcolm Brogdon and Stephen Curry all logged First Team votes in the backcourt but fell well short of the requisite number of votes to make either team.
While four deserving guards filled the All-Defensive guard slots, there were some head-scratching votes in the backcourt, including the First Team nods for Harden and Curry and a Second Team bid for Boston Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving. |

@LeftSentThis: Have you noticed that there hasn’t been a single story/controversy about the NBA refs since the Rockets were eliminated? There hasn’t been anyone falling down while shooting jumpers. None of that sh*t.
