I'm not a huge Bagley fan (or Blake Griffin fan for that matter!). I can see the comp though. But I think Blake was always way stronger, more explosive, better ballhandler and is a great passer. Bagley can probably improve those things but to what extent. They both have short reaches and defensive limitations despite physical gifts. Griffin is pretty dang skilled. I think Bagley is more of a junkyard dog type and i'm not sure how that translates. Matrix without the defense but better shooter and handles? He has some of the same springy-ness.

Do agree with you about his motor. I think it'll come down to how coachable he is deemed. Have to play D in this day and age.
