Default Ray Allen

This is assuming PP is out for a significant amount of time (or possibly even the rest of the year if the bone is broken):

Celtics trade
Ray Allen
Shelden Williams

Mavericks trade
Josh Howard
Drew Gooden
Roddy

Do you make that deal? Does Boston?

So not only do we take on a declining Ray Allen, but we also give them Roddy?

The Mavericks don't ever do this deal. There's no way.

Allen will probably not be traded...in fact it those rumors dont make much sense. Allen has said he want to stay in Boston. So thye ill not lose him for nothing they can sign him for a lot less money and add another player they want with the rest of the money that come off his salary.

No way. Allen plays NO defense. And to give RB in a deal too, F that.

No way in hell! A declining Ray Allen and they get Roddy? Never!

If Howard's contract went on another 3-4 years this is about what it would take to get rid of him. Thankfully, he's an expiring and we don't have to give away talent to get him off the team.
