I'd consider Felton/McGee/Evans for Gasol and then sign Stevenson after buyout.
Dirk/Gasol/Zaza rotation at 4/5, Parsons/Matthews/Stevenson rotation at 2/3, and DWill/Harris/Barea at PG would be decent going into the POs.

That looks like an excellent best-case scenario for this season, but the price for Gasol is probably much steeper.
