I don't think Lawson has some high ceiling or anything, but you know what kind of player he is. And he enables you to shop Green who I don't really see as much better at this point. Plus, the rise of Omax makes shopping Green all the more logical.
I'm more hesitant to trade Hardy with Kyrie always seeming to have an issue. Same with THJ being hurt. Need that scoring insurance. I'd look for a decent trade that is Green, Holmes, two seconds for a need.
