Cassell waived and heading to Boston
Sam Cassell has been waived by the Clippers and will sign with the Celtics after clearing waivers in 48 hours.
With Cassell and PJ Brown, Boston has filled their two weak spots which were back up point and a tall veteran frontcourter. They can now go with 5 vets if needed. They can go big whenever they want. They can also go all 48 minutes with a pure point on the floor.

Damn, Boston is stacked. It just doesn't seem fair they are allowed to do this.

we'd have to offer him 3 million which is his remaining salary and even then he might not want to backup Kidd

Boston is not stacked. Boston has 3 really good players, then some decent players. They're no more stacked than a lot of teams in the league.
