how do you go about connecting a computer to a WLAN?
My mom asked me to help her with her laptop which is shot. It absolutely sucks. I have a wireless network card and the computer discoverss it when I slide it in and installs drivers but when I try to setup a network, it says it's disconnected. I want to format but she doesnt want to lose the 1.4gb of pictures she has on the harddrive. I can't get a CD burner to work and the WLAN is shot. Is there another solution?
