And the lakers are quickly coming up on the outside rail, they are stretching for the tape...and the lakers are now nose and nose with the hated skirts. Will the rapist lose focus coming so close to the spectators...stay tuned for the exciting finish!

Come on guys, does history mean anything to you?!!
1. Kobe humiliates us for 60+ last year.
2. The fakers had won something like 25 of 29 against us at one point in the last few years
3. Shaq used to love to embarass Bradley everytime he had the chance.
4. We lost in the seventh game of the WCF series to them back in '88.
5. Our worst loss ever was to them on Christmas day a few years back being up by 28 or somesuch going into the fourth quarter!
These are just a few examples of the things that you should remember before placing your vote!!

And the skirts are ahead by a bowen foot under a jump-shooter!

I like the Pistons... [at least we won't be lonely in Hell...]
*edit - I could live w/o 'Sheed, and Ben was hard to lose - but I love the rest of the squad - lots of heart...)

We have a rivalry to respect here, screw the Lakers, have you guys taken a look at them now? Why hate them? They are so pathetic to me, nothing more than a one man show that will never amount to anything close to their glory days. There is so much more to hate on the Spurs from our perspective.
So tell me... what do you hate more: Kobe OR Manus flopping/idiotic remarks/nose picking, Bowens ugly defense, Parkers girl hogging all the TV time, and Timmy scorching us in the playoffs (and utter bitching about calls). Not to mention them taking us to a seven game OT in the real WCF. I'd say that is a team you have to hate the most as a Mavs fan if you have any respect for how equally matched each team is to one another and all the great games we have been given because of it.
And I dont expect to see the Lakers in our way to the finals deep in the playoffs... I see the Spurs again.

Seriously though, after checking the standings every day to see what it's looking like, I'm not looking at the Lakers. I'm looking at the Spurs every single day. The Mavericks are staring at the ass of the Spurs as they're always just a little ahead of them through the whoooole season. and it is ANNOYING
So I def hate the Spurs more. Kobe can drop by ant put 63 on us if he wants to, because we won't be seeing his sorry ass in the post season anyway, I don't care.

Lakers and Spurs have as much haters right now than any other team. I'd say the Spurs should have the lead, as they are our real Rivals. So much for the Lakers.

that was brilliant not to include the team that had the finals gift wrapped and handed to them once the league accepted that there was no way the heat could do it on their own.

If you hate the Hawks, then you hate Jason "The Jet" Terry.
I can never see him as anything other than a LOSER CRAPLANTA HAWK PLAYER....
....And I think I found something even more stupid than Walker's Shimmy and that's Jet's "Airplane-impersonation" after a made basket. I mean what is he....SIX YEARS OLD? What's next? Playing with Legos?

Jet will most likely be spending the next six years as a Mav, so after that time he will definetly be thought of as a Maverick. Walker's Shimmy is just retarded, I thought so even when he was on the Mavs. I actually really like Jet's "jet impersonation" after a made basket and during an introduction. It has to do with his nickname, and it's not as cocky as Walker's shimmy.

Well, at the moment it appears that JET will be more likely to have his jeresey hanging in AAC than Nash...

If Dirk Hasselhoff can manage to actually SHOW UP for all 4 QUARTERS of an NBA finals game, then that might occur.....figuratively-speaking of course.

I am amazed at the poll. I would assume alot of players would hate the kings more than the lakers. The kings were the team that was our nemisis in the early 2000s. We never faced the Lakers much at all in the playoffs. That many kobe haters out there?
The team i voted for is the Houston Rockets. I love Yao but since I go to UT, a lot of my friends are from Houston. I have learned to hate any sports team that resides in houston. Esp. the Rockets and Astros. The Texans don't count because they look like a NCAA football team.

I think most of the Lakers' haters are thinking back to '88 when LA snuffed out our best chance (at that time) of making the Finals... Of course, by that rationale, the Heat should be the most hated team in Mavs history...
