Simmons is probably the worst part of The Ringer, but I like his take on Clippers/Harden
Basically says that the Clips would have been better off selling Kawhi and PG and rebooting. They were almost out of assets and spent their last $2 on Harden. Thinks they at most will lose in the WCF and can't win a championship as is. Teams with all older vets never win the championship with only one exception-- Dallas. Most teams flame out and if this team flares out, they do so without another favorable pick this decade. |
