No, they all agreed that Obama didn't do enough for HBCUs. That's all.

And that doesn't change the fact that you said "$25 billion" and "a better explanation" yet neither of those things were in the video. You just heard a couple black folks criticize Obama while talking about Trump's bill, and somehow came to the conclusion that this video supported your point. It doesn't.
