tonights over\under is a triple bid....just to keep things interesting...we will "bet" on Mavs team Field Goal %, Walker's Boards, and Nash's Assists"
OVER\UNDER ON TEAM FIELD GOAL %: 44% OVER\UNDER ON WALKER'S BOARDS: 7 OVER\UNDER ON NASH'S ASSISTS: 8 WHAT DO YOU SAY? OVER OR UNDER? remember, I'll be keeping stats on each particpant, so we will find out who knows how to play the line!

I'll take: OVER on FG% (in fact I predict over 50% again tonight). UNDER on Walker's rebs (this one was tough, but I only predict less than 7 because I think starters will not play much on this blowout). OVER on Nash assists (I think this is a good game for Nash to pad his assist stats). |

Over on fg%...46%
Under on Walkers rebounds: 4...Will play only 28 minutes. Under on Assists...once again...Nash playes less than 25 minutes.

There is nothing wrong with criticizing a team if your points are valid. But most of the armchair coaches on this board talk pseudo-basketball-ese and make results oriented comments as if they actually have an understanding of the game at the pro level. Most of the comments are based on disappointment from unrealistic expectations or the most ludicrous notion that you sitting in your barc-o-lounger knows more about how to win basketball games than Nelson. Nash is looking like he'll be at the top of near the top of the assist per game ranking this year.

It was much closer than anyone thought...goes to show you that you gotta be careful in this league predicting blowouts!....BUT STILL THE "OVER" WAS THE WINNER ON ALL THREE: TEAM FG% 50.6%, WALKER WITH 9 REB, NASH WITH 11 DIMES.
OF ALL THE PLAYERS OF THE LINE THIS WEEK, ONLY THE "WILD EYED, FLU CRAZED OPTIMISTIC" HITS ON ALL THREE OPTIONS! Outlet Pass was our only perfect player on the line going 3\3. Congrats, your flu as given you a supernatural insight into all things hoop! (or perhaps you are just an optimistic dog who had his day) OP is 3\3 playing the line. Players who sorta looked good, hitting on 2-3: Chiwas(3-5 overall record), Seelenj(3-5 overall), ReDirk, Nicky31, Fuzz, LRB (3-5), Kingrex, irontoad. Players who would have completely failed...except they got one, going 1-3: Xerxes, kg, MavsRule, Mavsfan4life, Murph(2-5), Maringa, bogey. Players who are on the ledge (please don't jump[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]) going 0-3: grab, and Ames7(2-5).
