I've seen this episode before...someone is going to have to hit a game winner against a horrible team.
Tyson is still so salty...I don't blame him though.

That's cute hindsight but Tyson has a short memory on what kind of contract he was seeking. No way we could get both guys AND have money for the other 3 positions.

Too bad we won't be able to join them... But I'll start the GDT if by some miracle we're still here tomorrow.

* I sincerely thank Mr. DJB for making this my weekly stress-relief therapy, a place to read, enjoy, and forget about my job and students for a while.
Thank you all moderators and administrators for keeping this a fun and respectful place to be, no matter the nationality, noobie level, or favorite player (JJB in my particular case, if anyone did not notice before...).
Thank you all forum members for keeping this place CLASSY... I doubt that wherever I end up lurking (more than posting) I will find such an entertaining, creative, and professional group of people, a very cool global community, joined by the same love for a great team called the Dallas Mavs!
Cheers, blessings, and QUE VIVAN LOS MAVS!!!!

To be fair, two of those wins were against the cellar-dweller Suns and T-Wolves. And it took OT to beat the T-Wolves.

Oh, I agree -- it's more of a testament to Rick knowing when to pick his battles than anything.

It's been very enjoyable following the Mavs through and with the community on this board. My screen name is jleefilled at pretty much all the different Dallas sports forums - LMF, Lone Star Ball, Blogging the Boys, and Mavs Moneyball. It would be great if the same core community could find a new home at some point in the future. Take care.

Agree. I think it was a smart (and somewhat rarer) move to rest Dirk on the front-end of the B2B against an inferior team.
