I´ll quit on starting GDT´s. Each of my threads brought evil to the franchise.

My first Mavs GDT was my last - Game 1 against the Warriors...
(at least I'm 8-1 with Cowboys GDTs!)

Don't worry. My one and only attempt this season wasn't that better...

WHo made the GDT for the last win? Isn't someone supposed to continue making the GDT with the win?
Either way... GO MAVS!
Start GREEN give him 24+mins.

The Bobcats have played some pretty good games this year. Mavs need to come out with the appropriate level of intensity and take this game seriously, or they will lose.

If we want to make the playoffs this year, this has gotta be a win. No excuses. We have to start beating teams like the Bobcats, Clippers, and Knicks nearly every time we play them. Gotta build momentum with the win on Sunday.

If J Rich is out, there is no excuse. Must win this game.
Even if he plays, still gotta win. Charlotte is young and athletic on the wings but bleh they're 3-6 and simply not very good.
1-1 v Charlotte/HOuston on road is fine by me. But now that T-Mac is out, should we be raise the bar to 2-0!?

You might be onto something - Kidd went off on us right before we traded for him...

I remember that game before nets traded Kidd, I think that was the game vince hit his head with someone on the mavs I think Howard(could be wrong) and then went and sat and came back and had a really awesome game.

Go Mavs!!!!! Its nice to see that the team is in high spirits after that win in NY... I hope it continues tonight!
Quote:
What a difference in a team's emotions when you're coming off a win instead of a loss.
The Mavericks took care of their business at shootaround this morning, but at the end, Dirk Nowitzki couldn't resist a little playtime. He took off his shoes and proceeded to dunk in his socks. After teammates said he barely made it to the rim for the dunk, he did it again.
All the while, coach Rick Carlisle and athletic trainer Casey Smith were shaking their heads, just hoping Dirk didn't take a bad step or have a slip on his shoeless feet.
Meanwhile, Gerald Green was watching and decided to show Dirk how the real dunkers do it. He lobbed a high, one-bounce pass to himself and took the ball between his legs and jammed hard, bringing applause from his teammates.
"And I'm not even warmed up,'' Green said.
By the way, expect Green to get a call for the dunk contest in February. Since his blowing out of the cupcake in last year's contest, he's clearly got the creativity to match his hops.

Nah, she's referring the Cavs game. He listed two games in that post.

hey I'd say the same for any team, if a team goes into a game thinking it will be a easy win I'd hope they lose even if the Nets did that so it's all good
