I also missed it, but I will chime in and say that any particularly inappropriate D-M graphics could cause big, big time problems for me if it popped up while I checked the board at my workplace. Boobies can be great, great things, but bouncing, boobie icons are probably not appropriate in a forum that many people indulge in during their working hours (again, I never saw the icon so I am only speaking in general terms).

Dooby... don't lay the blame at my feet. I didn't say I would stop posting, just when my kids are around. That has everything to do with being a responsible parent and NOTHING to do with your avatar.

I think I better state that I totally respect the fact that he's a family man and has a certain standard he wants adhered to in his office. Also, I don't think that enjoying boobies in this context makes someone less of a family man.
