Rangers Trade Vizcaino

This was at least on the surface an odd trade. The Rangers sent newly aquired reliever Vizcaino to teh Brewers for Jesus Pena. Although Pena has a nice upside, he is raw and will not contribute to the Rangers this year. He will be assigned to OKC and does not take up a spot on the 40 man roster. I guess this allows the Rangers to place Blalock on the 25 as he already was on the 40. Odd move. I would have thought that the Rangers could have done a lot better than Jesus Pena. Maybe Hart realized that with Rocker, Everett, and now offering Rivera a tryout that the team needed Jesus to balance it all out.
