Yeah, blanking Detroit's offense in the 2nd half was impressive, definitely the kind of adjustments that win you playoff games.

That was a nasty hit for a punter.

This looks like the best Cowboys team in a good while, right? I normally root for the Broncos and Colts, but neither made the playoffs this year, and I always liked the Cowboys in the NFC, along with the Giants. I'm kind of a bandwagon fan, but football doesn't really have a long history in my country, so I guess it's not that bad. We had the first televised NFL game here in like 2003 I think, lol. Anyway, go Cowboys this year. Just not the Patriots, please... Despise that bunch, unfortunately.

@AdamSchefter: Cowboys' QB Tony Romo is expected to play Sunday vs Eagles for the first time since Thanksgiving 2015, sources tell @toddarcher and me.

Please don't end career getting carted off the field vs Iggles. I've seen that movie before.

Best backup QB in the league... Glad they didn't over do it with Romo today.

We go from the best backup qb in Romo to the absolute worst qb in football in Sanchez. If indeed Romo is gone next year they have address that.

I honest to god forgot that Sanchez was on the roster until about a week ago. That's the type of footprint that guy has left on the league...

The best backup in the league may be among the 3-4 best QB's in the league..difficult to know, but he was there the last time he was healthy... 2014

It's crazy because Dak, Zeke, Collins and Brown make this a fantastic draft. We forget Jaylon was a top 3 potential pick we got and if he is back.... then u add in Charles Tapper next year if healthy and our class could be really special.

Yeah, Jaylon Smith was projected by many to be the #1 overall pick before he got injured.

@AdamSchefter: Randy Gregory suspended without pay for at least one year for violating NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.

Dallas Cowboys rookie linebacker Jaylon Smith said Thursday the nerve in his injured leg has started to regenerate and all signs point to him being on the field and participating in offseason practices beginning in May.
|
Quote:
"Yeah, it's regenerating," Smith said of his nerve in his left leg. "It's just a thing that you have to have patience. I'm going to continue to do everything I'm asked and controlling what I can control and we're going to take our time with it."
How does Smith know his nerve is regenerating in his leg? Is it because doctors have told him or is it something he's feeling now that he wasn't feeling before?
"Both. Doctors and tests all of that good stuff, feeling," Smith said. "There are things I didn't have before that I'm definitely getting now."
What's that regenerating sensation feel like?
"It feels like it's coming back," Smith said, smiling.

This game is already over if they don't put pressure on the qb.

There we go. Settle in. Stop with the jitters and coaching errors and we may have a chance.
