It won't come as a force-out. Perhaps a co-DC promotion as DC in-waiting. Something, since Richard will be taking more interviews this off-season and I don't want to lose him.

It looks like MIA, NYJ, and TB are all looking to interview Kris Richard for a head coaching job... You might have to replace Garrett with him if you want to keep him.
