Mavs are so bad it should be funny
Bad locker room
Bad coach
Guys want out this off-season and we still won?t have big cap (and we?re boned anyway because even before the cancerous locker room no one wanted to be here
Shit talent
No pick this year
Good pick goes to Knicks

We gotta get rid of THJ. I've somewhat defended him this year, but he is just too unreliable.
He can get the fuck out the door with JKidd.
I mean, our second and third best players this game are hated by the coach. That's the kinda season it is.

Honestly think we should reboot.
We didn?t lose this because of THJ. We lost because the entire roster sucks and our coach is an incompetent asshole.
There?s no shame in admitting defeat. Most teams when losing a superstar are bad for decades. We lucked into Luka before Dirk was even retired, but we were so tapped for assets when we got him that we basically couldn?t get a good team around him. Since then we?ve had to call Hail Mary after Hail Mary to try to get him support but any football coach would tell you that you don?t win games when you?re playing 4th and 20 every possession

The Lakers are still working out bigs despite having AD, Bamba and Vanderbilt
They looking at Tristian Thompson
It's pretty sad that Dallas for the 2nd year in a row is willing to go down swinging again with Powell and kleber as their top two options at center.
Thompson basically does everything Powell does but at a higher level.

For some reason there are still a great deal of fans who believe this guy has value.
Leave it to Timmy boy to go missing in key games as usual.
It's not a surprise how effective the team played without him doing last years playoffs run.

Good ol Christian wood
Second-chance points dooms Dallas again
While the flame-throwing Mavericks helped Dallas escape from Los Angeles on Friday, slightly less incandescent shooting paired with the same problem they?ve had all year in offensive rebounding led to a painful loss. Dallas surrendered 17 offensive rebounds and 22 second-chance points to Memphis. Santi Aldama worked Dallas, grabbing five all by himself much to the chagrin of Christian Wood, the Maverick usually closest to him.

I mean, that sucks, but Wood had the most rebounds on the team so...
This silly saga that everything is Wood's fault is tiresome.

Blaming C Wood is BS. We have guard/forwards that refuse to box out. Even in the middle of a meltdown they lose track of their man or the "nearest man" to them. Bullock had a few really bad ones including back to back possessions where he lost his guy.
Our shit scheme is to switch everything. Our bigs are away from the rim, often left scrambling to defend 3pt shots. It's paramount for everyone else to box out. At no point do we throw a zone or mix up schemes as they run off 11 straight.
Maxi and DP were garbage at everything tonight. JJJ was out for a large portion of thr game, he comes back in and it's like he was dropped from outer space. Our coaches and players have no idea how to handle it.

This team is 7-13 pieces from winning

Kidd is hands down the worst coach I?ve ever seen. Not even hyperbole.

We are just one game behind in the loss column for the 9th worst record. It?s not too late to tank.

Kidd said Hardy rolled his ankle and that's why he was taken out.
Unfortunately coach, you have lost the benefit of the doubt in these situations. Hardy had to force your hand into playing the minutes he did.

Yeah Im calling bullshit on that. He coupled the ankle roll with wanting to also get vets in the game and "we, myself and the other coaches" so he can deflect blame on them as well.

You got to get another coach in here that knows wtf they are doing, Hardy and Green could be sooooo much further along at this point in the season.

I honestly wonder if we trade Luka and SnT Kyrie.
Get some nice young talent + some picks and/or salary dump of THJ/Bertans
Build the team around Green and Hardy but with some decent bigs.
That team might actually have a future.

Hardy was clearly bothered by it. He mustered another drive and layup and winced the whole way down. No issue at all in taking him out there.
The issue lies with why it took so long to get him back in. Then not using timeouts to help stunt runs, get guys a breather, slow it down so the team has a better chance at showing poise in that situation.

All pointless with Kidd.
He'd roll out a SLU of:
Frank
Bullock
THJ
Maxi
DP

I'd also like to point out that Wood and Bertans played together for a long stretch.
This is why we have a coaching problem above all else.
And his post game quotes are just SNL sketches at this point.
