lol...most pitifully played game I've seen in a long time. As high as the Houston game was, this the opposite in low...

Going to the 2-9 Carter probably isn't the best choice there.

We seem to be really poor at end of game plays. I don't know if its Rick's calls, or execution or what. I know they are a naturally tough possession, but we always seem to end up with the worst options.

Toughest opposing D and we are still learning to play together. No room for hesitation, and the guys just aren't comfy playing together yet

RC deserves a lot of blame for this loss. Terrible coaching.

Another wasted opportunity. Starting to resemble last year's team the more this season goes on.

Toughest opposing D? That was average NBA defense, and the mavs cant help themselves. They love turning the ball over. Dirk missing again late in the game...not what anyone is used to seeing.

Dirk missing again late in the game? Lmao. Clueless. You mean RC freezing him out again then asking Dirk to bail them out with his third touch in the last 45 minutes.

So did he or did he not miss again late in the game? Wide open jumper around the ft line that he should have made. Again not what we're used to seeing

After Dirk made a 3 with 10min to go Rick and the team put him into a freezer for 7 freakin minutes in the 4th quarter. This is not how you keep a shooter in rhythm.

Kidd would never allow it.

Too bad Kidd is not here anymore. Now Carter can do what he wants in the 4th and Marion can pad his stats at the three point line in his contract year and take 8 f* threes, instead of playing defense.

Disgusting coaching.

If you read the question, I was answering the question of why they played more poorly late in games. I wasn't saying that Atl played good defense, but was addressing why I thought they played better in the first half more than the second-- defenses tighten up. Atl wasn't talented defensively, but they played their best defense in the 4th

I am preaty angry with our team. This is another stupid loos and i can't understend why Dirk doesn't get responsible for scoring in the 4Q. Why VC was shooting for the win?Is it Carlisle's call or Dirk don't know how to get and throw ball to the basket?I am really disappointed and confused right now.

Maybe I want to more from this team ,but as long as i am Mavs fan i know that this team deserve for another Championship and I will never stop believe in this.

Not Rick's best work, that last play drawn up. Gotta go to Dirk or Monta there. Monta was an obvious decoy 30 feet from the hoop- they hardly bothered to guard him

Rick did that kind of mistakes too often in this season.I know he is good coach but from time to time i think, even guy from MCDonald can do better coaching job than RC.
