Do the Mavs now have almost zero inside game. The only one who did anything inside was Fin. They were posting him up. The bigger guys, like Dirk, were starting from outside and trying to work their way in. Now Juwan had no trouble down low. He looked better than Raef last night. Of course, Juwan got 30 and Raef fouled out.

Does anyone notice all the griping and whining that Dirk and Nash do anytime they miss a shot. It's like they want the ref to bail them out every time. Not good. Not good at all.

A lot of the Mavs whine about calls and I'm getting frustrated about it. Mainly because they don't get back on defense. It adds to our defensive woes to have a player arrive so significantly late. I wish Nash would do what Stockton does. Work over the ref LATER, at a dead ball - they're more perceptive when the game isn't going on and FAR less likely to call a technical.

Yeah. And I think part of this goes back to Nellie--as great a coach as he is, he's always been a screamer with the officials. But surely, he felt (feels?) the distraction when Cuban gets too involved with the officials from the stands.

Can't teach an old dog new tricks, but somehow you haveta hope Nellie sees how is team is prone to unravel when things get too emotional, and hope he realizes that as the team leader and most respected team figure, HE sets the tone--not only for the players, but for Cuban as well.
